Engaging with Sales - Direct or Pool Alignment?​

It's an ongoing debate on structuring PreSales organizations. Should your team be organized around a direct alignment to sales representatives or should the team be a pool that are assigned as-needed to a group of salespeople?​

Join our hosts, Delia Parman (direct alignment) and Jeff Stewart (pool model) as they discuss the pros and cons of each model. They'll discuss how their teams are aligned, why they're running that way, and how it's working for them.​

We probably won't settle the debate in this session, but it's a chance for you to discuss with other members and understand where the alignment options may work best in different organizations.
