Negotiation is scary and oftentimes avoided out of fear of retaliation. However, this act is an essential component of your career. We will be speaking with an HR professional and PreSales leader to understand the best practices in salary negotiation including establishing a baseline of research, how to make the ask, and what do you do when you need to negotiate in your present job.

ERG’s drive activities that are aligned with your corporate goals to enhance a culture that is equitable to all diversities. Studies show that employees want meaning and purpose in their work, along with a sense of belonging and connection. ERG’s can provide those benefits to employees, while driving more innovative ideas, creating more productive teams, and delivering higher revenue for the company.
