Phoenix Pro Connect is partnering with a global organization to identify a forward-thinking Director of Sales CRM Enablement — a strategic leader who will shape the future of their CRM platform, drive sales performance, and transform how the business connects with its customers. This individual will serve as the bridge between Sales, Marketing, Technology, and Operations — aligning strategy, data, and process to optimize Salesforce capabilities and deliver measurable revenue impact.
What You’ll Do
- Lead CRM Strategy: Build and execute a long-term CRM roadmap that aligns with business goals, user needs, and market growth objectives.
- Optimize the Platform: Enhance Salesforce functionality (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud) and the broader sales tech ecosystem to support evolving business priorities.
- Drive Data Intelligence: Turn CRM data into actionable insights that improve forecasting, customer acquisition, and sales effectiveness.
- Streamline Sales Operations: Manage reporting frameworks and dashboards that track KPIs, pipeline health, and ROI — keeping leadership connected to key performance trends.
- Enhance the Customer Journey: Partner cross-functionally to design and automate a personalized, seamless customer experience from lead to loyalty.
- Champion AI & Automation: Leverage CRM automation and AI tools (e.g., Salesforce Einstein) to elevate lead scoring, forecasting accuracy, and customer engagement.
- Foster Adoption: Lead change management and training initiatives that ensure teams across markets embrace CRM tools with confidence and consistency.
- Collaborate Globally: Adapt CRM strategy for multiple markets, regions, and languages — creating scalable, compliant, and culturally relevant solutions.
- Governance & Compliance: Maintain system integrity, ensure data security, and align with international regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
- Continuous Improvement: Measure performance, track adoption metrics, and identify ongoing opportunities for efficiency and impact.
What You Bring
- 8–10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, CRM Enablement, or Digital Transformation, preferably in enterprise or global environments.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud; exposure to Marketing Cloud and AI-driven tools is a strong plus.
- Background in product ownership or agile delivery, with the ability to manage CRM backlogs, sprints, and cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional analytical and storytelling skills — you transform data into strategy that drives decisions.
- Strong leadership presence, communication, and stakeholder management abilities across departments and time zones.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent leadership experience preferred.
