Implementation Manager - High Growth, EdTech Automation Platform

Job Description:

We are partnering with a leading K-12 technology provider to hire an Implementation Manager who will serve as a strategic partner to school districts during the onboarding and rollout of the platform.

This role is ideal for someone who can navigate complex stakeholder environments, lead successful implementations, and deliver measurable outcomes while setting districts up for long-term success. The platform helps districts digitize forms, automate workflows, and gain visibility across HR, finance, and student services—enabling more efficient, data-informed operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation process for new school districts, ensuring smooth onboarding and effective adoption of the platform.
• Collaborate with district leaders and departmental teams to design rollout strategies that maximize impact across HR, finance, and student services.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring successful delivery within scope and deadlines.
• Provide training and guidance to district stakeholders to build confidence and capability in using the platform.
• Partner with Customer Success and Product teams to transition districts seamlessly post-implementation and relay insights to improve the onboarding experience.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years in Implementation, Project Management, or client onboarding roles, ideally in SaaS or education technology.
• Strong project management, consultative, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders in complex organizations.
• Passion for driving operational efficiency and measurable outcomes in education.
