2 Hour Learning (2HL) enables students to complete core academics in only 2 hours daily. This isn't marketing language. It represents a fundamental shift in school operations. As part of our Implementation & Success team, you'll collaborate directly with school leadership and faculty to operationalize this model. You'll configure platforms, but more critically, you'll establish trust, address live challenges, and coach teams toward outcomes they considered unattainable.

You'll operate on the frontlines, accelerating student achievement, empowering school personnel, and positioning institutions to become sustained advocates of the 2HL methodology. What You Will Be Doing

• Full-cycle project oversight of school launch sequences, delivering punctual, relationship-building rollouts with completely configured technology, trained personnel, and aligned leadership.
• Enabling schools to adopt the 2HL model with integrity—tracking essential components, eliminating obstacles, and empowering staff to take ownership and advocate for the approach.
• Cultivating sustained school success via consistent support, proactive data-informed enhancements, and preparing institutions for renewal and active promotion.

• Functioning as a reactive support contact — this role isn't about ticket management
• Delivering standardized training sessions — you'll customize materials to address live school circumstances
• Operating remotely full-time — you'll visit school locations frequently
• Awaiting explicit direction — you'll exercise significant autonomy in uncertain contexts

Implementation Success Manager Key Responsibilities

• Guarantee that each school under your oversight successfully launches, maintains, and expands the 2HL model — producing quantifiable academic results and enduring advocacy.

Basic Requirements

​

​

• Minimum 3 years in a client-facing capacity involving onboarding, implementation, or success enablement
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve a complex technical or operational challenge in a professional context
• Clear grasp of learning science fundamentals (e.g., mastery-based progression, motivation design, cognitive load)
• Hands-on experience with EdTech platforms (e.g., SIS, LMS, assessment platform)
• Currently residing in the U.S. with legal work authorization that does not require employer sponsorship
• Capacity and readiness to travel up to 50% within the continental U.S.

Working with us

​

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
