VP of Sales

We are seeking an experienced VP of Sales to lead commercial strategy and expand our presence through a two-step distribution model. This role will be responsible for building distributor relationships, strengthening dealer networks, and driving revenue growth across the U.S.

Responsibilities:

 • Develop and execute the company’s national sales strategy

 • Build and manage two-step distributor partnerships

 • Expand and support independent dealer networks

 • Create channel programs, pricing, and promotional plans

 • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team

 • Forecast sales performance and manage pipeline/reporting

 • Identify and open new regional accounts and territories

 • Collaborate with product, operations, and marketing teams

Qualifications:

 • 10+ years sales leadership experience

 • Proven success with two-step distribution and dealer channel growth

 • Strong key account management and partnership-building skills

 • Experience in an entrepreneurial or high-growth environment

 • Ability to build structure, process, and scalable sales systems
