Implementation Specialist (HL7)

EST & CST Time zone preferred  

100% remote role.  

$33-$35/hr.  

Job Description  

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technology Implementation Consultant to join our Health Division’s Drug Diversion Implementation Group. This role involves configuring and transforming healthcare data for integration into our proprietary software platform. The consultant will play a critical role in ensuring successful client implementations and providing post-go-live support.  

Skill / Qualifications  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field  
• 2+ years of experience in database management and data integration.  
• Proficient in SQL (writing queries, data manipulation, troubleshooting).  
• Experience with MS Access and/or Oracle databases is a plus.  
• Prior experience in a client-facing role (implementations, technical consulting, or support).  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.  
• Experience in healthcare data systems or familiarity with healthcare data formats.  
• Previous experience with Drug Diversion software or healthcare compliance solutions.  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.  
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.  

Job Responsibilities  

• Configure software for new healthcare client implementations, focusing on data transformation and integration.  
• Understand and map client healthcare data into our system using SQL and related tools.  
• Provide technical support during and post-implementation to resolve client issues effectively.  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, developers, and client stakeholders.  
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of implementation milestones.  
• Maintain documentation of configurations, workflows, and resolutions for client accounts.
