The Role
We’re seeking a hands-on, hunter-type Sales Director to drive Entrio’s enterprise growth in financial services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building and driving the full sales motion - from cold calling and deal sourcing to managing complex enterprise sales cycles.
You’ll own the entire deal lifecycle, including prospecting, qualification, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and close. Entrio already has a solid enterprise customer base and proven revenues, so you’ll be joining a company with strong market validation and clear momentum. The opportunity is to expand and scale that success across new accounts and territories.
Your focus will be enterprise customers, particularly in financial services, working closely with CIOs, CTOs, and enterprise architecture teams to help them modernize how they manage their technology portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end enterprise sales process - from lead generation and prospecting to closing strategic deals.
- Identify, target, and engage new enterprise customers (primarily in banking, financial services, and insurance)
- Develop and execute account-based strategies to drive pipeline growth and expansion.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align messaging and execution.
- Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and decision layers.
- Deliver accurate forecasts and maintain CRM discipline.
- Represent Entrio at key industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of B2B enterprise sales experience, ideally selling SaaS or AI solutions to financial services firms. Experience selling into large financial institutions is highly preferred.
- Proven hunter mindset - strong track record of building pipelines and closing new enterprise logos.
- Strong in-depth familiarity with Software Asset Management (SAM), IT portfolio management, or related tools such as Flexera, ServiceNow, or other similar solutions is a strong plus.
- Skilled at engaging both technical and executive stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Based on the East Coast (U.S.) with flexibility for travel as needed.
